For a direct PNG to JPG converter, convert the image in your browser; transparent pixels become white in the JPG. To compress JPEG or JPG, use the image compressor and review the quality setting.

How to convert an image

  1. Open the image converter and choose a JPG, PNG, or other supported image.
  2. Select the output format from the list.
  3. Adjust quality when the format offers that setting.
  4. Convert and download the new image, then check its appearance.

Changing formats can affect image size, transparency, and visual quality. JPG does not preserve transparency; PNG is useful for graphics where transparency or crisp edges matter. Review the exported image before replacing or publishing your original.
