Can I merge photos into one PDF?

The current image-to-PDF tool converts selected image files into separate PDFs. Combining multiple photos into one multi-page PDF is not currently supported.

Does this tool crop PDF pages?

No. It creates a PDF from an image; custom PDF cropping is not currently available.
